SLITTING &
REWINDING
Slitting large rolls to dimensions as narrow as 1" widths, and rewinding them onto cores ranging from 3" to 12" and finished outside diameters from 12" to 60".
SHEETING &
INTER-LEAFING
HOP custom sheeting services can be tailored to sheet a variety of plastic materials such as APET and flexible vinyl and inter-leafing, up to 62″ wide and 5 mil thick. Our high speed multi-roll sheeting equipment will provide fast lead times to meet your production schedules.
NARROW WIDTH CUTTING
& SLITTING FOR RETAIL SHELVING
Hop Label Backers are the perfect way to make changing prices clean and easy. The sticky adhesive residue located on the back of the price tag will no longer be an issue! Old prices can be removed and new prices reapplied with ease. These items are produced right here at Hop and come packaged in re-sealable bundles, which is for neat and easy storage. We offer a variety of thicknesses, colors, and sizes for this material.
The standard width of chips is 1 7/32”, however we can cut them to any size you would like!
Hop Shelf Strips are the quickest, easiest, and most cost effective way to revitalize your store shelving. They can be used to draw attention special items, mark downs, or promotional sales for the company. Similarly to our label backers, these strips help protect your shelving from adhesive residue and comes in a variety of colors and sizes.

GUILLOTINE CUTTING
& TRIMMING
The guillotine cutter produces smaller and more specialized cuts than the precision sheeter, and makes precision shear cuts for digital format, folio, and custom sheet sizes. Dust-free sheets provide a cleaner printing process. We have two guillotines for trimming and square cutting evenly cut sheets. The maximum width we can cut and trim is 60” X 80”.

PACKAGING & LABELING
We create custom packaging designed to prevent material damage, improve traceability and fulfill customer requests such as blind cores and special labeling, which contains customer choice of private brand and preferred barcode format. We also tailor our product packaging in considering of the material sensitivity to temperature during storage and transport.
RECYCLING
Hop Industries respects the environment. Our goal is to keep our standards for environmental efficiency high. When our materials are run through the converting process, we make sure that the waste material (trim) is properly recycled. We also maintain a clean and safe working environment for all of our employees.
